These rules may be called
the Baggage (Second Amendment) Rules, 2004. |

They shall come into force
on and the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. |

the Baggage Rules, 1998,- |

(A)

in column (1), for the figures and word, “12 years”,
occurring in each items (a), (b), (c) and (d), the figures and word “10 years”
shall be substituted; |
